MEET THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jim Bevis and his wife, Anne, serve as Directors of CSR Ministries based in Florence, Alabama. CSR Ministries is an international, transdenominational conference ministry seeking to facilitate Christ's renewal throughout the body of Christ. In addition, Jim serves as a city facilitator working among the approximately three hundred churches in the Muscle Shoals area of North Alabama. Jim serves as the Chairman of the Servant Leadership Team of the Minister's Prayer Fellowship of the Shoals. Up until January 1, 1999, the Bevis's served as Ambassadors-at-large with Mercy Ships, a ministry of Youth With A Mission. As an ordained minister, Jim, assisted by Anne, continues to minister in churches and conferences throughout the world. Jim and Anne are presently spearheading two new divisions under the CSR ministry umbrella. They are (1) The Ministry of Encouragement, a ministry to pastors and other church leaders and (2) the Shoals Marketplace Ministry, an attempt to mobilize those working in the market place for the Kingdom of God.
Jim Bevis has been a minister of the gospel for 44 years. The Bevis's religious roots are in the Churches of Christ a part of the Campbell Stone Movement of Churches of Christ, Christian Churches and Churches of Christ. For the last twenty years they have ministered across the body of Christ. They have a burden to see the body of Christ to walk in spiritual oneness.
As a pastor, Jim has served churches in Lubbock, Houston and San Angelo, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, Nashville, Tennessee, Indianapolis, Indiana and Sheffield, Alabama. The Bevis's have been involved in the planting of a two churches in Indianapolis and in the Shoals area of Alabama. While in Nashville, Jim served as Executive Pastor of the Belmont Church, a large renewal church having roots in the Churches of Christ.
For a number of years, Jim Bevis served as Eastern overseer for Christ Church Fellowship, an apostolic network of Spirit-empowered churches. He continues to have a strong commitment to seeing God's government operate according to the model in Ephesians four.
Bevis is a member of the planning and steering committees of the North American Renewal Services Committee, the sponsor of the North American Congresses on the Holy Spirit. Jim served as the International Prayer Chairman of the world gathering of charismatic leaders in Brighton, England in 1991. In addition, he has served on the intercession team of the Lausanne Congress in Manila as well as serving as prayer chairman for the Holy Spirit conferences in Indianapolis and New Orleans. Jim is a member of the Charismatic Leadership Fellowship.
In addition to their ministry across the United States, the Bevis's have ministered in Mexico, Costa Rica, Germany, Sweden, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Nigeria the Dominican Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Siberia. and many other nations of the world.
Anne Bevis ministers effectively in the Word and song to women's groups as well as ministry along side of her husband. Anne comes from a background as a professional singer and RCA recording artist. Anne has recently been the principal speaker at two regional women's retreats in the Southeast and the Midwest.
The Bevis's have four daughters, all married, and eleven wonderful grandchildren. Two of their daughters and their families have served as missionaries with Mercy Ships and Youth With A Mission.
Most recently, Jim Bevis has ministered in Nigeria where he and Anne were the principal speakers for a Pastor's Conference with Gospel Mission Outreach. In 2003, Jim was presented with an honorary Doctor's Degree by Kings Bible College in Nigeria. Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of Kings Bible College in Onitsha, Nigeria.

ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION
Jim and Anne Bevis have been happily married for forty-four years. They both come from a religious heritage that honors God, reveres His Word and follows His Son. Jim and Anne have four married daughters and eleven wonderful
grandchildren
Daughter Holly Johnston is married to David Johnston. David serves with the U.S. Immigration Service. They have two daughters; Maegan and Elizabeth Sara Allie Anne. They live in Darien, Georgia near Brunswick.
Daughter Amy Poe is married to Steve Poe. Steve owns a heating and air conditioning firm. They have three children, Max, Emily and Sanders. They live in Dacula, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia.
Daughter Robyn Balcom is married to Perry Balcom. Perry, Robyn and their three children, Blake, Celeste and Derek serve as missionaries with Youth With A Mission. The Balcoms live in Kalispell, Montana.
Daughter Melody Baker is married to Bobby Baker. They have three daughters, Channing, Amelia and Claire.. They live in Houston/Sugarland, Texas where Bobby serves with the CBN Television Network.
The Bevis's are committed to biblical family values and the priority of the family above all else other than one's own personal relationship with the Father and the Son. They often minister in churches and conferences on the family, husband and wife relationships, parenting and other family issues.
